Join Us for One of Our Favorite Events of the Year – Montgomery Oyster Festival!

We look forward to this one every year — the Montgomery Oyster Festival is back on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Old Alabama Town!

Come hang with us and enjoy fresh Alabama oysters from top farmers, dishes from local and regional chefs, live music from Electric Blue Yonder and BB Palmer, and good vibes all day long.

General Admission gets you 12 tickets for oysters or drinks.

VIP gets you into a special lounge with an oyster roast by Chef Ban Stewart, a VIP bar, and unlimited refills on oyster and drink tickets.

Alabama Scenic River Trails at Montgomery Whitewater

• Friday morning from 9 to 11 AM, AL Scenic Trails is hosting Sweet Caroline Friday at Montgomery Whitewater.

• The water will be low flow so it will be great for first timers wanting to try rafting or ducky runs. To get more info/ reserve your spot, go HERE

City Needs Your Input

• A streetscape masterplan is in the works for the Carter Hill Road/College Street Corridor. The city is hosting the public for input on their draft masterplan for this area working to improve walkability/bikeability.

• Tonight at the Montgomery Interpretive Center from 5:30 to 7 PM, go make your opinions known. We need better walkable and bikeable streets and this is a great project to get behind.
